Injuries, illnesses, incidents, audit non-conformance and complaints by employees, customers and external parties must be investigated to determine the root causes and develop corrective actions.

 Management reviews include the reporting and taking action to continually improve the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the OH&S management system at planned intervals.

  • Manager:
    • provides incident training for investigators
    • confirms accurate incident reporting
    • ensures all incidents are investigated
    • communicates findings to the Workers
    • ensures that corrective actions are identified and put in place
    • evaluates the components managed by the Risk Owner & Project Manager (e.g. Project Plans, OH&S risks in design)
  • Director:
    • ensures corrective actions are documented
    • modifies the OH&S Policy, Procedures, Forms, Standards, Checklists, Training and Plans as required
